I hereby apply to become a member of the Blue Mountains Dragon Boat Club Inc.

I agree to be bound by the Rules of DBNSW and BMDBC.

I agree to pay the annual BMDBC membership fee as determined by BMDBC.

​

I understand that I need to register as an individual member with DBNSW and pay their membership fee.

​

I have read and accepted the DBNSW Code of Conduct.

​

I have read and understand the BMDBC Members Guide.
